What it does
Knowing that people abandon checkout is not much use on its own. Knowing they abandon it on the shipping step is, because that is a thing you can go and change.
This records where each customer stops: loading the checkout page, billing details, shipping options, payment options, or the final confirm. It reports over the last week, last 30 days or last month, and it tracks every click of Add to Cart as well.
It reports through your existing Google Analytics account, so if you already use goals and filters they work here too. You do need Analytics set up for it to function.
