Find the change that broke it
Search every field change across every project: who, what, when, from what, to what. Filter by the exact transition you care about, including transitions Jira has no way to express.
For Atlassian Jira Cloud · Coming to the Atlassian Marketplace
Someone changed fifty work items on Friday and nobody can say what they were before. UndoTrail shows you every change anyone has ever made in your Jira: who, what, when, from what, to what. Then it puts them back in a couple of clicks. Even the work items somebody deleted.
The one everything else is built on
UndoTrail keeps the full history of every field on every work item, so you can find the change that broke things, undo it in a couple of clicks, and get back work items someone deleted. One field or ten thousand. Nothing ever leaves your Atlassian cloud.

Undo one field or ten thousand. You get a dry run first, and a conflict check that stops you overwriting somebody’s later edit.
Deleted work items come back with their custom fields, status and subtasks. Capture starts the moment you install. There is no webhook to set up and nothing to remember.
A streaming XLSX writer that handles a full 150,000-change report, values over 32,000 characters, duplicate field names and every awkward timezone we could find.
For Atlassian Jira
Built on Atlassian Forge, which means they run inside your own Atlassian cloud and your data never travels to us.

Rated 5 out of 5 on the OpenCart marketplace
Puts the number of carts customers walked away from in the last 30 days on the OpenCart dashboard, with a click through to the orders behind it. The first thing we ever shipped, and still the best seller.
“Great Extension - highly reccomended!”

Tracks the exact step of checkout where each customer gives up: billing details, shipping options, or the final confirmation. Fix the step that is actually losing the money.
Turns the orders page into a warehouse picking list, sorted by stock code. Built for our own warehouse first, sold for ten years, and still being patched in 2023.
“Just purchased this extension - fantastic if you have many product options that you sell - 5 stars from me :)”

One button on the orders page produces the CSV myHermes wants, ready to upload. No re-keying addresses, no spreadsheet surgery.
“Clever bugger! This works like a charm. Thank you so much for developing it.”

Before you buy
The risk in a marketplace purchase was never the $199. It is the morning two years from now when the platform updates, the add-on stops working, and nobody answers the support address. So ask us the hard questions first.
Astrospray Limited, company number 10903246, registered in England and Wales with accounts filed every year and an office you can visit. Look us up before you spend anything.
Our marketplace account opened on 5 June 2011 and has been active ever since. Every sale, review and reply sits on a page we do not control.
1,116 automated tests run on every deployment, and Forge tells us when Atlassian changes something underneath us. We have been shipping through other people's platform upgrades since 2012.
Email help@astrospray.com and the team answers. Target first reply is four business hours, always within one business day. 144 public comment threads show how that has gone since 2012.
Nowhere. The Jira apps run inside your own Atlassian cloud with no external egress, so there is no route out. That answers most security questionnaires before anyone sends one.
Before you need it. Deletions are captured from the moment the app goes in, so the work item somebody removes next month comes back, and the one removed last week does not.
Questions we get asked
No. UndoTrail runs on Atlassian Forge with no external egress declared, so there is no route out even if we wanted one. Atlassian re-checks it on every deployment. That is usually the whole security questionnaire answered in one line.
No, and nothing can. Capture starts the moment you install. If a deletion matters to you, install before you need it. There is no configuration to do afterwards.
The revert refuses. Every undo runs a conflict check first and stops rather than overwriting an edit made after the one you are reverting. You see the clash and decide.
Someone on the team who knows the product. Target first response is four business hours and always within one business day, UK time. There are 144 public comment threads on the OpenCart marketplace showing how that has gone since 2012.
The ones still listed, yes. Two of them last got a patch in February 2023, ten and eight years after they first went on sale. If you want to know whether a specific one works on your version, ask before you buy.
Still not sure it is the right fit? Ask before you buy. We would rather talk you out of the wrong add-on now than refund it in a fortnight.
