What it does
A Download myHermes CSV button sits next to Print Invoice on the orders page. Select your orders, click it, and you get a correctly formatted CSV of every name, address, weight and value, ready to upload.
It fills in the customer email too, so myHermes sends them tracking details without you doing anything. Weight is calculated from the order including options, so you pay for what you are actually sending, and the order value goes in properly, which matters on the day you have to claim for a lost parcel.
When myHermes changed their format, the update went out the same week. We used this in our own warehouse, so we found out at the same time our customers did.
